In February 2023, Habermann Aurum Pumpen expanded its machinery by incorporating advanced mechanical processing equipment, including turning, milling, and drilling machines. This expansion allows the company to manufacture individual components or series productions efficiently. This investment strengthens Habermann Aurum Pumpen's competitive edge, emphasizing its commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality enhancement.

Habermann Aurum Pumpen GmbH was awarded the silver medal for the first time by EcoVadis, the internationally recognized self-reporting system for corporate social responsibility, placing it among the top 25% of top companies evaluated by EcoVadis.

Habermann Aurum Pumpen GmbH is committed to implementing the goals of sustainable development. As a major employer in the technical sector, we are aware of our social and ethical responsibility. Sustainability is an integral part of our corporate policy. All our actions are guided by the values of the SDGs, which we follow in our daily work.

We have been certified in the areas of safety, environmental protection and health management as well as quality management by DQS GmbH according to the normative regulations Safety Certificate Contractors (SCC) version 2011 and DIN ISO 9001:2015. We thereby meet the current standard in both areas. In the future, we are going to re-certification in these areas to demonstrate that our quality always meets the most modern requirements.

The insolvency of Arthur Habermann GmbH & Co.KG gave Aurum GmbH, the company's long-time sales partner, the opportunity to take over the slurry pump business. In 2015 began a new stage of Habermann Aurum Pumpen GmbH with a small core team of former Habermann employees.

In 2012, the product range was supplemented with valves. This year was made the conscious decision to offer not only pumps but also valves. In this way, we could ensure that our customers receive the optimum solutions that are ideally suited to their company.

Through cooperation with partner companies, we have been in a position since the mid-1990s to supply our customers worldwide with optimum technology in the field of centrifugal pumps. The main sales countries are the members of the European Union, the CIS states, the USA and Canada as well as countries in South America. However, demand for Habermann Aurum pumps and our services is also growing in Asian countries, especially in the Middle East. We have sold over 30,0000 pumps worldwide. In addition, we have also started to offer our services in plant engineering.

In 1967, the manufacture of durable polyurethane wear parts for our slurry pumps was started in our own production. Since then, our company has offered comprehensive pump solutions from a single source.

In 1959, another market innovation followed: the elastically lined pump with replaceable wear parts. Within a very short time, this resource-saving and durable pump solution succeeded in convincing the leading companies in the chemical, construction, steel, sand and gravel industries and winning them as customers.

In 1927 Arthur Habermann founded the engineering office for pumps and equipment named after him in Bochum. The first major customers were quickly found among the well-known mining companies of the Ruhr area. Habermann developed the first armoured solid fuel pump according to his own specifications.
